Project Description:

The Caspian Sea semisubmersible oil platform has three special tug boats to anchor handling, tugging, supplying the facilities for it. These three tug boats are Hi-tech with strong power to be able to handle the semisubmersible oil platform. The installation of electrical, control, instrumentation and communication equipment of the second tugboat is done by Ray Avin Fan company.

The major items will be listed in the following:

  • • Mechanical installation of MCT frames, cable tray/ladder/conduits, supports for lighting fixtures, socket and switches, field instruments, wall mounted and standalone electrical cabinets and consoles and other equipment.
  • • Cable laying and forming including hi-voltage test for power cables and loop check for I&C cables.
  • • Cable connection including: forming the cable in panels, fixing of glands, cable shoes, varnishes and wire numbers

Project Description:

The facilities shall be constructed in order to receive LPG transported by sea vessels of 2500 ton capacity and also by road tankers, using marine and road tanker loading/unloading arms. LPG will be loaded into spherical tanks through marine arms at the rate of 800 m3/hr and through road tanker arms at the rate of 80m3/hr. Separate metering facilities shall be installed for marine and road tanker loading. The LPG facilities shall be equipped with all the necessary safety systems. The main buildings include the guardhouses, office building, control room, fire fighting building, canteen, shelters etc.

Project Description:

In order to increase the volume of product (2’200’000Tons/Year) in Khuzestan Steel Company, #277 and # 274 cooling towers are respectively established and revamped to fulfill the required circulating water through Electric Arc Furnaces. Load demand of the electrical equipment in the area of C.T. #277 is supplied from two 6.6 kV feeders each with the total capacity of 800A. For feeding the 400V consumers, two 3000kV power transformers, which are fed from the new C.T. #277 6.6kV switchgears, supply all low voltage electrical consumer of unit. The revamping of the C.T. #274 caused adding a new low voltage transformer and resizing of the medium voltage and low voltage main pumps. Accordingly, resizing of the motors to the greater size and making some small additional load in low voltage switchgear. This company has done the designs engineering and tendering bid evaluation in electrical, control and instrumentation fields.
The major scopes are specified as following:
